too many digits in my channels

Just did a fact. default as I havent done one in quite a while. Using sky 1.12 and 9.08 sw. After scanning both 119 and 110 I have noticed 5 digits on all my channels what used to be ch 200 is now 10200. Went into cont. panel and made sure my receiver was on "dish" renumbering. Havent seen this one before.....any suggestions??

change it to bell
