Folks, I am looking for the answer for a few different things.

First off I am looking for a service manual for a Mitsubishi WS-65809 HDTV. This thing is a 2002 model HD Rear Projection TV. It does not have the ATSC (digital) tuner in it. There is another model made that year that does, and I am curious as to if you can swap out the tuners from a donor TV with the ATSC tuner to the WS-65809.

I know that Mitsubishi made what they called a "promise tuner" or "promise module" which was an after birth ATSC tuner that mounted to the back of the TV and allowed you to receive HD OTA using another input. This thing was a $1000 option back then, but if I could find on now for much less it might be considered an option.

The last question if I cannot go the factory route with what I have described above, does anyone have any experience with the after market ATSC digital tuners that offer HD componate outputs?

Thanks for your help.
