I have a limesatultra v1 I haven't used in awhile and was wondering if can do 2 or more pay servers as my nanosat premium cannot have DN and Bev on the same receiver or they clash even if you put them in server 1 and 4 also the limesat is presently running 2.73 and I cannot get it to connect to any pay servers? Thanks in advance for any help...

yes you can have both and the reason why it won't connect is you either have a setting wrong or you have a burned out LAN port in the receiver

Robz2801 thanks for your input on the limesat if it was just a simple factory default and upgrading the firmware but it is probably something to do with the circuit board a burned out lan port, this format of repair is out of my scope of expertise. :okay:

The odd limesat won't connect if you have japan turned on.

it is easy to determine whether it is a LAN port issue or not. First you will not have any network info or it will be total gibberish and secondly if you watch behind the box where the network cable plugs in you should see some small LEDs flickering right around the port itself. Activity there is good! If it stays black is where you have an issue

To the Trash with the limesat??? This reciever is one of the best out there for what you are looking to do, so if you can't get it to work then it is worth your time to do some research as to why it is not working?,what version is it? also your firmware seems to be out of date as there was some confusion as to what bins load into what version. The files section has details on this.Sometimes people often forget that this is a HOBBY and not Free Tv.Good Luck.

I believe he posted a V1 which is a solid unit.
His firmware should work fine on it.
As Nostradamus stated it could be the Lan port itself.
This is not a known issue on the V1 that I am aware of unless the user forces the lan cord in because they don't hear the "click" of the cord connection which may dislodge the Lan port internally and may have to be reset.

Hey guys thanks a bunch with the helpful suggestions you have given me, that is why I have always liked and used this Site, everyone goes to bat for one another. As for the limesat the lan port lights still flicker when you plug in the ethernet cable, it does say the receiver is a V-1 version under info, I can get the guides for both providers ( DN AND BEV ) but nothing else will come in. I have a few other older receivers, bluejay 2 a couple of viewsat extremes, a dm 100 and a couple of others that I need to get rid of I guess.:tape:
