Magic Jack Problem

I wonder if anyone had similar problem with their magic jack like I have. I know their system is up but my Magic Jack does not allow me to phone out.It says " You are receiving a very important upgrade within the next 60 seconds" After 10-15 min still the same message but no upgrade is happening.Dial tone is always there. They do not hape any help desk for magic jack problems. I guess when something is cheap it is in essence very dear.
