How to program the wifi adapter ?

Can anyone tell me how to program the wifi adapter? I downloaded the program but don't know if you plug it into your computer or to the box to program.

you plug it into your computer
you must load the software on your computer. If you bought it new it came with a disk

Programmed with no problem. Seems to work really well. At least the Wifi adapter works well.
