loading channel list dm500

im not a huge fan of this dm500, but it seems to be working....i did a transponder scan a while back, and seemed to mess up all the channels, does anyone have an updated list for 110/119 for the dreambox500 and how do i load it in, ....it was suggested to me to look in file section before....but i am not sure exactly what im looking for....thanks
