Nano Premium SE audio issues

I just bought the Nano Premium SE and connected the box to my stereo via the HDMI cable and found that the sound only came from the Left and Right speakers and not from the rest of the surround sound speakers. I also tried connecting the HDMI to my TV and using the red and white to my stereo. That produced the same results. Anybody know the solution to this problem or is it an inherent problem with this model?

Did you configure your stereo / amp for surround sound?

Yes it is coz I replaced the KBOx with the Nano Premium SE so my stereo settings hasn't changed.

Still no resolution to my audio problem, anybody has the same problem or answer to the problem?

Your audio is working as designed. For dolby 5.1 surround you will have to connect to spdif.
