When I scan sats 110/119/129, I find I get Q&S on a lot of TPs, but they won't lock in, like missing ch., 109. 130. etc, scanned in 129 and only scanned in 44 ch., missing a lot of ch., on this bird, but get good S & Q, I don't know what is wrong, have Nfusion HD and have no problem with any sats, have all chan., scanned. Any help would be appreciated!

What exactly does good s/q mean? Just because you have good q on certain tps doesn't mean that the dish is pointed correctly.
Incorrect antenna settings , defective switch and/or incorrect software loaded will also affect the number of channels pulled in .

I think you have a bad JB board, my first Jynxbox that i bought had a bad board when i got it. it would not scan the HD channels.Only 44 channels. Go to a TP that has a 21500 and see if you have any Quality ?, if not you need to replace the board. Is this a new unit or have you used it before? What version is it a V1,V2 or a V3 ? as the V2 and V3 have a different Board. The V2/V3 come with a JB200 and the V1 had a JB100.

More than likely it's a tuner issue. If you had an Nfusion set up already and everything is spot on, that's what it sounds like you had, I think StanW missed that, then watch as it scans and see what tp's it's skipping. I have seen people post about bad tuners that were skipping either vertical or horizontal polarity.

what LNBs are you using, if you are using DP or DPP LNB the jynx don't have enough power to switch sats or to switch from V to H
and yes it will show S&Q but it want lock on the sat, and another thing if your SR is off by 3 or 4 # it want lock, go to lyngsat
and match your TPs & SR with what they have listed for each sat.

Didn't miss it - in certain instances a dish set up with one receiver brand does not get an optimum signal when connected to a different one. Viewsats were notorious for that.

This is a new, receiver, it has a JB 200, my NFusion HD downloads some 400 ch. and the JB only downloads 44 and skips all 21500 TP's, I have set it in slot LNB 1 Fixed. and all 21500 TP's show signal and Quality.

Thanks for the info.

I would try loading a channel file (udf) and see what happens. I have seen others with the same issue and they have gotten around it by loading a channel file because the tuner is jacked up. If the channel file works........send back the tuner for replacement. If your set up is correct and the TP's have over 70 quality, the channels will work, then it would be safe to say it's a tuner issue.

Where do I get a ch. list?

You can try this one...........but make sure you read what this one does specifically. What your looking for is to upload a channel list to the receiver and then check them to see if they work.

OK! I loaded it up, now I don't know what channels are what, can't find HD ch., to see if that is working.

I read on that file they listed the SD channel then the HD channel right after it. That's why I said to read what that file was for, but it accomplishes what your looking for.......so for example MTVSD is channel 160 then the next channel in the guide should be 9484 MTVHD. Does that make sense? Check both channels to see if they work and so on and so forth. You can go into the channel settings and hit sort by SID and it will put all the channels in numerical order too. Most HD is in the 9400 and up range.

When I loaded the list, I did sort by sid, but for the ch., #'s, they didn't look like that, it is hard to explain, what they did look like.
