how to load Fact File?

I am trying to load the Fact file, through the usb, and every time I try it, it stops and say's, file is to large, failed! The only reasn I am trying to load it is because, when I first set it up, the HDMI port was working fine, then within a couple of hrs, I lost all audio, but video worked, then all of a sudden, the video stopped working and it is flashing between black screen, and blue screen, it flashes, not supported to no signal! Don't know what to do but either load fact file and then reload software, or take it back, but one thing though, it still works good with the RCA cables, so anyone out there that can help me with this problem?

Try loading file under the "All Flash" heading instead of "Firmware".

is this box a V1, if it is I have the same problem with some HDMI cables, try another cable, I have 4 HDMI cables that don't work
with the jynx box but will work on other boxes.

its not hdmi issues, its the latest factory file, that put the display out pout resolution to somthing that is not supported by most HDtv,
and i too stuck with black screen (no signal/inpug with HDMI out) and rolling black/white screen with rca out put
