so does anybody have any ideas for me or did I toast my receiver its about the frozen receiver can't do anything with it after I boot up

when I reboot it goes to the 0000 on the time and just 0 with a green light on the display and that's as far as I get, plus on the tv screen it says mode not supported even when I turn the box off with remote the message still stays on

does the menu open up when you hit the menu button?

no nothing happens just stays 0 on the display

you will have to load factory file with null cable

when I reboot it goes c114 then boot then 0202 then 0 then the green light comes on to the left of 0 on the tv searching for signal, then no signal, then mode not supported and it keeps replaying the messages

do you know if there is a loader file or should it work right off the computer

you use the nanosat loader and the next factory file

had to hook up my old desktop find cables got 3 different one viewsat one seems to be working i'll be in touch
