Jynxbox PVR issues

Hi guys just wondering if any one able to record properly with jynxbox . can you guys please share your experiences.
coz i am not able to record on WD 350gb or 125gb usb stick it record I guess but player is very choppy or wont play at all.

I have a Verbatim 500 Gig HD and recorded the Nascar race in HD last Sunday worked great not choppy at all. Using 233 bin . Mind you this is the only thing that i recorded so far so i may have issues down the road only time will tell.

My SV8000HD died. Looking for a new receiver. From what I hear the JB Ultra HD V2 is good, but then again...
I need to power a Diseq switch and motor drive, and want to do PVR. I am reading the PVR is pathetic and there are overheating issues with the P/S. I also don't see any file updates to their o/s so, have there been any software updates to this box? Then, I went to the website to send a question and their asp.net website crashed. I hope Jynxbox isn't the best of breed! From what I'm reading all mfgs are falling short of stellar performance.
