Here is the latest document with respect to the Echos*ar vs. Gustav (nFusion IKS) case (for those of you who do follow legal issues) or just like Court Room Drama.

I think that depends on whether the "seeder" fingered the owner of the server, and if that owner is within legal reach of U.S. law.

If not, they just find another seeder.

If so, then we would have to conclude that it's "hasta la vista, baby", for nFusion.
