No signal on HD TPs, no HD channel

Using 1.19 bin. I don't get any signal on any of the HD TPs (eg. TP 15 on 110W, 12399) when I set the Transmission to 'TURBO 8PSK', what am I doing wrong? All SD channels work fine but no HD whatsoever.

My green module came with the rubber heat sink but it had the processor, the 2 white strips and all other circuitry all on the same side. The other side was basically plain with just circuitry diagram (ie. it snapped in upside down). I put the rubber heat sink on the plain side approximately where the processor would be on the other side. I hope this makes sense.

Please help me understand what it takes to watch HD.

From the description of the module I dont think you have the HD sk200 module. The HD SK200 module has components on both sides and can be either green or red. Verify with your seller. Most receivers are sold with the sd module and you have to buy the HD module separately.
