Haven't used an fta since viewsat ultra was running.Just purchased a lime sat ultra how do I get it up and running?Do I need win zip?

You only need to load the 273 file and yes you need to unzip/unrar the files before loading.
Also, make sure you turn the limesatjapan server off andy ou will need to get a P$ server in order to watch tv.
