Freezing issues

I am getting alot of frezzing. Like every few minutes. Have changed from ip to domain.Changed to the new ip\damain still freezing.If anyone has any answers i would be glad to here them. thanks all

For some reason the servers are a little more sensitive
to traffic and I think everybody has seen an increase
In freezing since the theft fiasco. This is what I did
To reduce the freezing.
1) make sure you are only connected to one server at a time
2) reserve an ip from your modem exclusively for your fta box. This will reduce the chance of ip conflicts which are
common with handheld devices in your home.
3) use open dns server addresses instead of your ISP
defaults.
4) from testing I have noticed less freezing using the server ip
rather than the name.
