The channels up will depend on whether they are up on server. Are you using public or paid or both?
Usually 8100+ are up which carry the ny locals
The distant locals were recently moved to 907+ area

I had it installed in Nov. then a few weeks later it was down, the guy that installed it called and walked me though the set up , putting alot of numbers etc. and I think he said it was a private (he paided for it) first I think I was on public at first. Im connected to the interenet. I really dont know how it works.
I just checked the 8100+ numbers and they are working, the channel guide shows " No Information" so I never checked them I asumed they were not working.
The intermitent freezing is normal I take it, any think I can do about it ?
Thanks for the help.

You have an older file and should upgrade to 210
First I would save your channel data to usb
then I would load 210 as software and factory default
reload channel data back to rcvr
dream is for paid server
next is for public
next stream and dream is both
If you have any questions ask away I'll be in and out for the next hour or so

there is always a chance but if you follow what I say you should be good Write down your paid server info These will not be deleted just as a precaution
first thing you do is save your channel data to usb, insert usb stick and go to usb in menu ,you will see a button at the bottom of screen for saving the info ,save it
Then download 210 file to desktop, extract file on desktop and send to usb
factory default in menu
Now you can send the info back to your rcvr that you saved on your usb stick
