Donation number

I just bought a 12 digit code about 2 weeks ago, when I bought it was ok, I verified my donation and I had the year available, yesterday in the afternoon it went down, since then I have no connection and it seems everybody is up. I tried to verify my donation number and I got a oops, incorrect captcha message. Does anybody else has this problem? Thank you.

The only way I could get that checker to work was in google chrome...It want work on IE....

Thank you I could verify and I was change from port 11010 to 12010.

i finally got code checker to work with mozilla.
the codes says they were good,but still dont work ,dont really know whats up.I bought direct from site,port 11010

Double even triple check you input the information correctly. Watch for a space at the start especially.
