Is this channel gone? I got sound, but no picture. Any suggestion to fix it? Thanks!

I have a ultra that I don't have picture on any channels but have sound on RWY cable,but on RGB I have picture but no sound. Please Help!!

use the RGB cable and the Red and White cable together RGB is only for picture.
