Ok since last week Rocket chaos
I havent got any luck with my rocket
I believe some or lot of people have got theirs working due to low activity in this section

my settings: iks.Bz
port : 35944

some said use IP,ok which IP? and where?

yeah it is Iksr.bz
However I dont know the right procedure since last week chaos
plz provide more setting details
