Nanopremium keeps dropping server

I have a nano premium. I have both north and south iks from same provider. All keys and codes are correct but for some reason, the box keeps dropping one of the servers. Have north on one server and south on the other.
Anybody else run into this and if so, any solutions to remedy the problem.

try running one on domain & the other on IP... my guess would be IP conflict... another possibility would be to switch the order ... I have had issues with different providers but this will be the first using the same one... let us know what works...
