you are going to have to ask them. no codes are sold here and staff here do not function as an ombudsman either

If it was bought from their site then it should be ok, you have to contact an admin and they will look into it, tons of issues there right now.......

This is not always true. Have a code bought from the NFPS site and not on the list. They turned it off anyhow. Had 5 weeks left. Move on to another server that will not cheat you out of time. They are scamming people to make money. Do not deal with them!!!
