Running Files

Help

I have connected USB and see both files ( NEXT_FTA_1.05 Factory.NPT and NEXT_FTA_2.10.NPT) on the TV screen. But when I scroll right to the file and ok to run the file, nothing is happening. What wrong have I done?
or other way to install these files

Yes using the Nano premium loader through the 232 port on your rec., Where did you plug in your mem stick rear usb or front usb?
