dm100 V2 is dead, Expert Help needed

I was trying to upload DM100S_MAIN_V219A.bin and XLoader_v32 was stop at 24% during uploading the file. i close the Xloder and reboot the receiver , when i power on the receiver it shows green and red light on and doing nothing, even Xloder do not connect with receiver, it this receiver is dead ?

Its Dead now, and no jtag as of now.
I have two of DM100 v2 with red/green light, I manage to revive one by trying to reload everything by unplug coax and video, and load factory and private bin using USB. One is still dead !!!!
