first received was doa, second is working just ok for now but has issues and SD quality is really bad. HD is just okay, not as good as SV8000HD.

I have one that has a serial number like 1 or 2 LOL just kidding but it was one of the original bunch, runs 24/7 with no issues

it is working perfect for almost 3 weeks, the best one to get is SV8000, but you will pay 3 times for a used one by the time you get the Ihub and 8psk

Have to agree with coolone, my Jynxbox V2 JB200 has been working great since day one but my SV8000HD is my favorite work horse and the picture quality SD and HD is the best. Jynxbox SD picture it's not that great but its passable. Ive tested both receivers with my 40" Samsung Smart tv and imop SV8000hd is the way to go. Now that a new Jynxbox V2 is under 200 bucks I will be picking up another unit soon.

Have you tried adjusting the picture on the box and the tv to get the best picture possible?

Anubis, I have 3 steps that I do to get best possible quality out of any new receiver I test:
1-Adjust the receiver to my tv's current settings.
2-Adjust the tv to the receivers default settings.
3-Adjust both tv and receiver.
What works best for me is adjusting the tv to a receivers with the default settings. Reason being is my tv's picture and color settings are more "tweekable" if you know what I mean.
