nano premium

I have a nano premium box havent played it for a year and half. I went with a private server put all keys and code and port but it will not work. can some one help me on this ? do i need to do a factory scan and start all over again ?

In network settings are you on Dream or Stream!

I am on dream I took it back to factory and put in 9.15 and 1.12 and did a hard reboot and scan my chanels and there is no signals. what the latest files that working?

does it say no signal?
that is either a settings or hardware issue

just got it last week from the server. I have signals but all scramble

then triple check your codes. Make sure when entering username and password info you hit exit then ok otherwise you leave a blank and it wont work you can also try ip if your using domain
when you go to network does it say connected or wait 3 seconds?

It say connected. do i need to put the coad back in? I see where it say server and port say server must be in small letters not captil what do it mean all i see is numbers like104 and so on.

server and port are in the first part,make sure periods are entered
when you hit authorization you enter user name and password and deskey
check all those carefully

I dont see period in port I went through the sat up again all i get is scramble channels

there are no periods in port but there are periods in ip and /or domain info

I have tried every thing you say same thing scramble channel I do not know what to do now

again ... what P$ are you using??? since you are connected to the internet & using the newest files then the problem has to be with your P$ set up... maybe your code has expired... have you checked it?? are you using the newest IP or Domain for your P$?

just practice a few simple steps before you open the following link like double check your connections,recheck your codes make sure they are still active,again check your antenna settings,etc,you might have already done that but it helps,,now go and open this following link,good luck bud..
