recording mpeg4 on 125W

does anybody have luck to record any PBS hd channel on 125w? my elite did it fine before they switched to mpeg4.
now it looks like it does record but plays back a minute or so then it stops and time line is 0.
firmware issue?

first thing, why are you useing that old firmware/ i am on 5402.
what tp are you having problems with, i will test it to see if i have the same problem.

any hd channel on 125w, feeds, does not matter...

i dont know what is going on but i can only scan in the SD montana pbs on / 12106 V 2398 2/3 but it does record with out freeze.

Have you installed the s2/8psk board for your elite? If not, your receiver will not open mpeg4 channels.

i can record sd channels without any problem, problems with hd only

i can watch all PBS channels on 125w, sd and hd

no i cant record because i cant scan them in, i dont know going on with it, i get no PBS CHs on 125.0w, i did have them but now i dont, tp 12180, i have sig strenght 74 and Quality is 76 but no CHs will scan in.
