No the IP doesn't depend on port, both IP's will work according to homesite. Other IP is 37.46.112.230, or try the domain names, 2.nfps.co or 2.nfpstv.com. Also is that oscar file like the 4.14 file? If it is I wonder if he flashes the 5.02 file over it, if it will work then! but don't if you are using NOI!!!
