All Channels on 110 No Service or Scrambled

I get lots of channels on 119, but even though the signal strength is good on most channels on 110, every one has the No Service or Scrambled pop up. Then there are some channels that it doesn't show any signal from. It was working fine up until this week. Any body else having the same problem. I'm running a Sonicview 8000. I tried rescanning, with the same result.
