i have no 110 or 119 in the sat setup how to i load them into box thanks

Have you figured out what box you actually have first?
You need to load 3rd party files to see those sats in the menu.

sorry i dont have away to show the box but it shows nano se premium and i loaded the third party file from nano se files and it shows 110 and 119 now so i think got the wrong reciecver.

You have a nanosat then and It has no public support but will work on pay support
