Freezing problem on Ilink 9600hd

i got this Ilink 9600hd it works fine but after few hour it freeze up and than i would have to reboot n it'll work again. i'm not sure if its my wireless bridge or what. can someone help me.

if i hard wire my Ilink 9600 instead of wireless do i need to change anything in network section? coz my wireless device is giving me a problem. it keeps loosing connection with my router. thanks for help

If you hardwire your receiver you dont have to change anything just run your ethernet cable straight from router into your receiver.and reboot your system... and watch TV..

hey chevy85 i got this vonets wireless bridge with receiver. i used win-7 to configure with my wireless router but every few hour it freeze tv. can u tell me why this is happening? what can i do to void this?.

is this the vonet you are using I m using the same bridge in one of my receivers with no problems.your vonet might be a bit to far from access point.
hardwire your system and hopefully your problems go away..try that see if it helps..good luck

sometimes the 9600 disconnects network when it gets too hot.... i was able to avoid the issue by putting a fan on the top vents of the unit...

some have said that only faulty sk900's get this hot, so see if you can exchange it.

psycon are u talking abt the receiver getting hot or the wireless bridge. cos i have noticed that too that receiver is getting hot lot.

chevy85 if i program the vonets wireless bridge to a secure wireless route will it work? how and where do i enter the password for the router so it can connect? please help me.
