Take out all other P$ servers if you have any in NOI....they don't play nice together......double and triple check you info(DO NOT POST IT HERE AT ALL...thanks) do a hard reboot of all equipment after loading new info in....if all else fails contact your reseller to verify your donation...(we are not setup peeps but can help if we know the system your running)
