Just a quick question. I'm new to the nfusion scene. I've updated the box to 154-2-(255). So what do I do with the NOI file?

of course after you install noi on your pc and make sure you have 3.5 or 4.0 netframes installed.

yes he means .net framework 3.5 or 4.0 you can get a donation here there are a few resellers on this site just look in this http://phoenix.satfix.net/forumdisplay.php?1289-IKS-Server-Discussions i suggest rocket or nfps as they last for a year good luck
