Need help setting up my receiver

I heard that the solaris is back up, so I dug them up. When I load the NOI file provided to the receiver, it stops at 93%. Any help would be appreciated.

noi goes on your pc not in the box.
if your lucky you didn't brick your box.
start over.

Do you happen to have a more current step by step, the one supplied was the one I used back a bout 3 years ago. I loaded 154-2(255) was that the current update? Thanks for your help my the way.
