Can not get donation # from CNX nano2 convert to ilink.

I have the receiver CNX nano 2, convert to Ilink, but I put ID, pass word and des key they all show default and click enter for the number, it not working, please help me.

Can you tell me more specific where to delete it.
what you mean for server name(same as server URL) :2.nfps.co

Go to the field which you want to change.
Press enter. It will take you to a new screen. There use the back space key to delete any info and enter the new info. after you enter the new info, press enter. it will then accept the new input. Then exit or change other fields the same way.

On the page Newcamd authoriztion page:
ID= they let me input only two # at the time, they did not have the key board # for me to input
DES key= did not allow me to deleted, they just have the letter default, I try to put enter just like you said, but did not do anything.

Please help me.

Press 2nd grey button below the yellow but on remote, it will clear the default!
