Do you have the proper low freq. LNB, because you can't use a standard LNB, to get both sat's, on the same LNB.

LNB Power: ONfriend if thats the special circular lnb for sats 118-119 try tp 12297 and what size of dish are you using for sats 118-119,because you need at least a 30 inch dish or bigger for better signal and quality, good luck friend....

Are you getting any S/Q on that LNB, scan through your TP's one at a time, and see if you get any S/Q from any of them, if you don't, then it can only be 1 of three things, bad cable line to your sw. bad sw, or bad Lnb, to troubleshoot this, disconnect your 118/119 from switch and use a female barrel connector, and connect it right to the incoming sat cable to your rec. Then check all TP's again! If still nothing replace, the cable and LNB. This way you have eliminated those.

Water in the LNB.....check the cable from the lnb to the switch. likely a bad connection at the switch. silicone spark plug grease at all connections helps keep the moisture out.
good luck

The switch has likely shorted out now, this is common.

Just run the LNB direct with a joiner! I get all channels on 18" dish with 129-110-119-118-91 17468and 82 at 99% except 118 at 65%

Your using the wrong trasponder for 119, use TP 12297 L for 119.
And not all locations in North America can get 118 on an 18" dish, for my location a 30" is needed.
Check the link below for the proper dish size needed for good reception on 118.8 at your location, use the Ku band footprint for ANIK F3, zoom into your location and click on it, it will give your the estimated dish size needed for that satellite..
