Turn box off then reset your modem and router by unplugging them for 2 mins. Then plug modem back in and let reset then plug router back in and reset then turn box on.

Check your dongle and make sure it's working.

The only other thing I can think of is to factory default and set everything back up. Other than that it sounds like there's a issue with your signal from your dongle to the board which could be the actual input.

My Nano 2 converted does the same. I have to reboot and unplug modem several times before it picks up the info. I also go to the emulator and turn that off. The box turns that setting on sometimes on its own. I don't know if this has anything to do with auto apply for internet but you never know.

Did You Check to see, if there was a pin broken, in s232 port where adapter connects.

Then I would say, there is something wrong with the rec.
