Use the website satfinder . com it will tell you accurately if you can get it or not, I doubt it because b3v has tried to put little signal on USA, good luck

In my tests in trying to get 91W here on the west coast US, I have found that you will need at least a 10 meter dish (yes a 10 meter, we used a radio telescope) to get 91 west anywhere below Portland Oregon on the west coast.
The smaller 6 meter dish worked semi OK for 81W.
So going to a bigger dish, even a 10 to 12 foot BUD is not going to work at your location.
If you payed for BEV service then get your money back as it's not possible at your location, unless you have a big wad of cash to get a 10 meter (or larger) dish.
