Bad signal. Stuck at 21 percent

I have a dreamlink hd. Everything was working. All of a sudden signal dropped to 21 percent. I checked the connection with other sat box and everything works fine. What can i do?

Check that you have the right lnb type in the antenna settings.. There is also a new factory and third party file .. Those may help.. You need to update the factory file before loading the latest third party file though.. Dont forget to back up your server and channel lists to a USB key before installing the latest factory file.

ok guys, i doubled checked everything and im clueless in what to do. Is the green module pluggable? i plugged it out and re-inserted it again but im stuck with no signal. And no, no lnbs or cables are broken or damaged. Can anyone help me ? thanks guys

Sounds like a bad mod / board.. unplug your board and c if you get quality

Did you fix it ? Sometimes it is like box / board gets too hot and this is how it behaves.. so make sure you switch it off from behind when not in use (or after 5-6 hrs of continuous use) OR attach USB cooler (laptop) cooler on top / bottom of it...

Im so frustrated right now. I removed the board. I am not getting any signal. The strange thing is that all satellites get 21 percent signal. Other boxes (captiveworks ) are getting normal signal. The sad thing is that i ordered a new board with heatsink. Any new recomendations?

NOTE: I also noted that updates do not reach 100 percent , they reach 99 percent and then go to 54 and the box restarts.

Any advice on this ?

Hi, Kingdom: when you say board you refer to the hd board?

can the box work without the hd board? i removed the hd board and still with the same signal. Thanks for helping me out. appreciated!

Remove the board and you will get nothing...It has to be installed to achieve s/q...A bad mod possibly..Or an improperly installed module could also be the issue..Re damage done on the install...Pins ect...If the updates re(new file uploads)Aren't happening try using the loader...If thats not happening return the box...
