209 and 215

Is there a reason these two channels are down so much? Does not seem to matter witch port or IKS service.

There are quite a few in the 200's that stay down lately. I wonder if the news channels are creating too much server traffic. 209 came back last night for a while but dropped out again this morning. Frustrating but that's iks I guess. Used to be these channels were always up :(
