My code is good. My settings good. I use the domain name and port 15010, but no pic.
I switched to IP address and port 15010 no pic. I rebooted both modem and box after each change.
Dont know what to try next. Any suggestions? Would greatly appreciate help.
Using I-Link9000+ and 6ft.dish.

I have the same problem the past few days. Only black screen with scramble and the connection does not show the number "1" like it normally does. Tried IP and domain, reset modem, hard reboot. Only channel that works is 101 others are all black out.

you must use the port number that was assigned with your donation code or it won't work

only sats 110, 118, 119 & 129 are supported by NFPS... not the eastern arc sats 61, 72, 77 & not the bev sats 82 & 91

Yes the code is active, yes I'm using the port that was assign to me port 30110. Using sat 110 & 119. Funny thing was working fine didn't change anything the next day scramble

Reboot your router and STB..Ps you get what you pay for in a private server....the more u pay the better the service ..IMO

I have not had good luck with NFPS , always freezing and down most of the time .. not bashing this service, but there are better choices out there for PS...well the next thing i would do is a factory reset and rescan and put all your setting back in ..and they have to be correct or it will NOT work, dont forget to write all your info down before u do a factory reset because it will wipe out all your settings

I checked out the code and it is GOOD.
I am using the port given for this code.
Did multiple reboots of Modem and STB.
Still nothing.

I also have a code from Rocket and having the same issues. No Tv. The code is active, using the assigned port.
But rocket does not deliver either.
The only channel I can see is 101.

chances are they issued your code to you and someone eles. and that someone is watching tv. hence you can't connect. it's happen to be me before were i bought codes on different days. and in the group of codes they had given me atleast 1 code that was already given to me before.

what do you do if you have tried all of these.
checked you code and it is still good. and still nothing works.
Please note that it was all working about 4-5 weeks ago. suddenly stopped.

That thread proves nothing to the fact that duplicates are out there.
