Is there an ECM? Down on port 30110, tried ip address and domain both not working for me. Was working yesterday

It shows connection when I go to the Net Application in settings but when on channel guide it doesn't show the normal number 1 besides the word "connection"

Got it up and running. No freezing. I had to reset my modem and router.

Alex its the best to when we have server not working to do what u just did ...first off is modem and box reboot , every ones recomendation !

You are right, forgot about resetting modem. Now just experiencing some freezing, anyone else?

Getting very frustrated with the scramble screen. This morning I reset the modem and it works with no freezing for 30 minutes, then it froze again. Went to work got home the screen is black and says "scramble" try resetting a few times ( hard reboot and modem reset) already with no luck. Still stuck on black scramble screen. Anyone else have the same problem or am I the only one. Any suggestions would be appreciated

My neighbour is also reporting some freezing issues. I'm sure the NFPS team is working on the issues. Be patient.

When you say freezing, did they get picture or black screen? Mine is just black screen, don't even get a chance to watch anything
