noi problems

a guys been away for a while. just got home and it seems theres a glitch with noi. when i go into advanced settings to put in my info. i hit server one and then i hit server too but it seems that noi freezes for a couple of secs in between each server. i click on main hit start and go back to monitor server one is on 2 and server 2 is on one and only one receiver is working. is there a problem with noi and where can i download it again. checked in the file section but cant seem to find it thanks

It always does that but the picture needs about 20 seconds to freeze!

it never done this before only since i came home is there a place in the file section where i can download noi again

It Is normal, it all depends on which receiver you turn on first, also it will do this when, there is trouble with the port assigned to each server #. Don't sweat it it is working fine!
