I don't live in USA, I see I can get $ 50 or $100 Visa Gift cards that are GOOD FOR USE ONLY IN USA from various eBay sellers. Can these cards be used for NFPS toys ? PM me if you want.

Prepaid Visa and prepaid Gift cards are not the same thing.
A prepaid gift card is usually to a specific store, restaurant or business of some kind.
A prepaid Visa is a "Same as Cash" card and it requires some personal details to activate it.
The days of anonymity and Visa are quickly slipping by the way side.
Try to find the personal info of someone you don't care for and use that info to register the card :)

Vanilla Visa cards require only registering a zip code... no other info, and thats only if you want to use it online.

Like I said Vanilla Visa Gift cards are available at Wallmart, Dollar General, etc. They come in $25, $50, and $100. If you want to use it online you go to their website and put in the card number and your zip... nothing else. Works for me...
