9000plus issue

has anyone had a 9000+ that just started changing channels on its own? no other remotes are even withing 500 ft of this stb{grumpy old men} and also the signal is dropping out ..i should note this stb is over 2 years old and has never given any problems in past ..batteries in remote also have already beeen changed for new ones ...same result

You could pry the remote apart. Wash the pad with soap and water and leave it over rad to dry. Wipe board down with alcohol. If the remote is the problem, that should cure it. good luck

you must apply some grafity(regullar pencil) to all contacts on remote buttons,othervice,its not ginna work corectly after u wash it..
