All channels screen say Scramble

I set nano premium se with Rocker IKS . All of my channels are saying scramble and blank screen . I need somebodies help its getting on my nerves now i am with this scrambled stuff from past 10 days if i nobody can help me out with issue's then i need to hv my money back which i paid for this stupid rocket server ..... My signals from dish are perfect put the rite server IKSR.BZ with user id and password and with deskey but still didnt able to access any channel

hey bud just calm down we can help you,what i suggest is go to the announcement thread and look into post # 7
use the domain name if that dont work try the ip adress,good luck here's the link
