reboot your modem,.router, then box,should be fine. if not check your port up down section.

back up switched to domain instead of ip and I know ip is correct, but still frequent freezing

Here in the backwoods of Ontario, nothing but a black screen and scrambled: Port 16110 - server port 1# 79.142.29.21 and 2.nfpstv.com.......Nanosat premium se. Been like this since last evening...............

up ,down thread in nfps section,folks tell which porst are down or up.start a thread there tell which port you are on, will get feed back.which box you have?may want to check that section also, for specific help.
