Sound but no picture

I'm supposed to be up according to info on Up/Down thread but I get sound only, no picture. Anybody else experiencing same?

sounds like a reciever issue and not a ps problem. what box you running? did you check your connections? hard reboot?

possibly a few things.

- a cabling issue
- like Chuck suggested a box issue
- wrong tv input selected for video
- dish is pointed at a BEV HD sat instead (unlikely)

If you can see menus, EPG, signal strength, etc. on screen then it is not a cabling issue but a receiver problem. If screen is totally black look at the other possible causes

Running nanosat premium, will check connections/reboot and advise results.

I can see menus, EPG etc so maybe a receiver problem. Channel 101 also no video, notice comes up saying "no video". Screen is totally black, does show "scramble" though. Receiver may be shot?

Hard reboot did the trick. I kick myself as I always try this when a breakdown happens, don't know why I just forgot this time.
