Help with software update

Hello everyone, I am a new user
I have an nFusion Solaris receiver and have been trying to update it's software for a while with no success. The person who installed it for me has been of no use!
I keep getting the message that "server can not be contacted". My software version is only 1.54.2
Can you please help me?

Look in internet connections for correct settings!

Load the 154.2-(255), then download the NOI 131a, to your desktop, unzip it and follow the Instructions!

It is in the Nfusion common files, under the sub of Nfusion utilities and manuals, look for Nfusion master pack.
