Extreme \Update the System

Hi all,

I got my Solaris programmed to extreme 4.14 seems it stuck on Update the system
input Iksr.bz for server
and port number 35933 and follow guide
input user name and password correctly and double check DES key all ok
am using Rocket Code is there anything else to do to make this work?

Just ignore the message, and hard reboot your stb by rear switch, it will take a min or 2 to come on.

Server have been down this afternoon.You receiver is fine just wait for server up.
