blue screen

hi guy former cowboyheeler i have a viewsat ulta i was watching tv it went down every thing seems to be working my logviewer says ok allthe way down but my sat.has good quality and good signal but has a blue screen and says no audio or vidio i checked settings every thing looks like its the same nothing has changed could someone have any idea where i should look if the logviewer says all ok i should be getting a signal and the receiver settings seem to be right what would cause a blue screen any ideas would help a whole lot thanks

as long as my post was i still was not clear what i meant i would like know should i look at my box or seeing that my logviewer says ever thing is running ok should i still look at my router tv is working fine with requler channels connection have been checked what i meant was the tv is not blue but when you turn on viewsat it come up showing your channel and your qualitie and signal just no audio or vedio just black or blue BACKGROUND whichis most likely to be the problem thank for any info

again it sounds to me you have a connection problem, double check or replace your a/v cables they are color coded,make sure you plug them red to red yellow to yellow and white to white,and also make sure you plug them from receiver output to tv input,good luck

thanks chevy85 and angel eyes i checked my cables i havesat.comeing up it shows the box at the bottom of the screenit shows what channel your on it shows yor qualitiy and signal stanght every thing but no movie so my cables are working angel eyes i am up to date on my nfps and i have rebooted and have running green checked log viewer it says ok allthe way down so it lookes like i should have a signal coming in right i read something about nfps changing a ip number but you would think that my logviewer would say not connented or some thing not working it says ok if any one knows something about a diffent ip can you please give me some info thanks for your help chevy85 and angel eyes

i am using xfta viewsay ultra though must be the new ips thy changed to i dont remember using the bz or thetv,com after 1nfps under sever name icant find where to change to the new ip is it in gorgoyle or do i have to connect the router to my computer or is it in the sat.box viewsat idont know where is NET APPLICATIOPN they say to change from domain name to ip adress ALSO USING PORT 15010 SEVER2 NFPS WS i remerber they sent a 11 number ip i dont know where to do the changes thanks Angel eyes
